With our accelerated growth and success since our opening in 2019, And Co Consulting, Inc. is a premier sales force solution for companies in the Greater New Orleans region. For our clients, we bring excellence to the outsourced retail sales industry.
We continue to bring job opportunities to the New Orleans area along with upgraded infrastructure for the local community. We pride ourselves on not just being a place to work, but an organization that feels like a family and values education and internal growth within the company.
Over the past five years, we have developed a business leadership program that is offered to our entire team. Think of it as a course on what we wish school had taught us — from social communication, personal finance, how to motivate yourself to learning how to learn and more.
Why ‘&’? The ampersand ‘&’ symbol represents a philosophy of not settling for making an either-or decision. It’s the spirit of having your cake and eating it too. Of working hard and playing hard. A reminder to ask yourself, when you’re faced with the decision of this or that, is there a way you could have both?
